Authentic Vintage Brass Hook Stainless Steel Cargo Pendant Light

Genuine Reclaimed Brass Hook Cargo Pendant

If you want that proper old-ship look with a sturdy hook for hanging, this brass hook cargo pendant light is spot on. We take them straight from cargo ships that crossed the oceans in the 1950s to 1980s. Our team in Europe cleans and polishes the brass hook and stainless steel body, keeping all the original rugged charm but making sure it’s ready for your home today.

The stainless steel body is tough and rust-resistant, while the solid brass hook adds that classic warm touch. At 3 kg, it has a good solid weight when you lift it – real quality you can feel, nothing like the light, flimsy stuff you see elsewhere. Hang it up and it throws out strong, even light – great for kitchens, workshops, or sheltered spots outside.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you pack heavy brass and stainless items?

We wrap each one carefully in double boxes with lots of protective foam. Every order is fully insured and tracked so it arrives safely.

Is this an original ship light or a copy?

It’s 100% original. We take them directly from old working cargo ships and restore them in Europe – nothing reproduced.

Does it include chain, wiring, or bulb?

No, we supply just the fixture with its E40 holder. You’ll need to add your own chain, wiring, and bulb – LED ones work great and stay cool.

Is it okay for bathrooms or outdoors?

Yes, the IP56 rating means it’s fine for bathrooms or covered outdoor spots like patios.

Can I buy several for a café or hotel?

Absolutely – just message our team for trade prices, bulk deals, or pre-orders.

What if it’s shown as out of stock?

Drop us a line – we often keep pieces aside or find similar originals for you.
